They are seeking a senior analyst or analyst team to build ongoing research coverage of all US IPOs and direct listings with an expected deal size of USD100mn or higher, focusing on data-driven methodologies and high-touch services for institutional clients.

- Pre-IPO valuation and pricing insights
- Post-IPO trading summary
- Post-IPO lock-up expiry preview
- Pre-positioning
- Market intelligence/positioning/book color
- Management meeting questions
- Excel models
- Bespoke notes for pre-IPO/cornerstone stake (NDA-driven)
- Lock-up expiry trades
- Access to team via email/messaging
- Direct calls
Skills
- Extensive research and/or investment experience for institutional clients (5 yrs+)
- Demonstrated experience and network within US equity capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to write research
