[Remote] IAM Operations Engineer (SRE – Cloud Security)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is a company seeking an IAM Operations Engineer with a strong focus on cloud security. The role involves managing IAM operations, ensuring security and operational stability in AWS, and improving system reliability.

Responsibilities

• IAM operations with a strong focus on Active Directory (AD) environments
• Work on cloud infrastructure tasks in AWS, ensuring security and operational stability
• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for deployment and automation activities, like Splunk and New Relic experience is required
• Execute hydration and security-related infrastructure tasks as part of IAM operations
• Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring and operational improvements

Skills

• IAM operations with a strong focus on Active Directory (AD) environments
• Work on cloud infrastructure tasks in AWS, ensuring security and operational stability. AWS experience is very much important
• CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for deployment and automation activities, like Splunk and New Relic experience is required. Other monitoring tools are also accepted
• Execute hydration and security-related infrastructure tasks as part of IAM operations
• Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring and operational improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong execution mindset with ability to drive tasks independently
• Proactive approach to identifying and filling operational gaps
• Strong interpersonal skills (critical for stakeholder coordination)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production support/SRE environment
• Proven reliability in handling contractor-based operational responsibilities
