[Remote] HSO IND - Power Platform Developer - Senior Technical Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HSO is a leading global Microsoft solution integrator specializing in delivering innovative business solutions powered by the Microsoft Cloud. As a Senior Technical Consultant – Power Platform, you will design and deliver scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies, working closely with global clients and leading technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Architect and implement Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx (React, TypeScript)
- Develop integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API
- Build and deploy scalable solutions leveraging Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
- Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Take ownership of technical delivery across multiple projects in an Agile environment
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices
- Contribute to solution architecture, estimations, and pre-sales activities where required
Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in Microsoft technologies with a strong focus on Power Platform
- Proven experience in consulting environments or client-facing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages)
- Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and SPFx (React, TypeScript)
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-native solution design
- Solid understanding of Dataverse, integrations, and API-based architectures
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and Azure DevOps
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and quality-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global delivery environment
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer (PL-400)
- Azure certifications (AZ-900 / AI-102 or equivalent)
