[Remote] HR Coordinator (Central Time Zone)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MasTec Communications Group is a leading national infrastructure construction company operating throughout the United States. The HR Coordinator is responsible for executing HR support functions for multiple site locations, providing assistance to employees and managers, and managing various HR processes and reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR assistance to on-site and remote employees and managers
• Provide reputed company reputed company administration for their market/region to include employee data modifications (reporting chain, title changes, location changes, transfers, terminations, and cost center changes)
• Participate in annual review and performance management process reputed company training and reporting activities as assigned
• Process and follow up on workers' compensation claims and track lost work-time that results from work site accidents
• reputed company Human Resource documents to accounting for appropriate record-keeping purposes
• Create monthly and year-to-date HR reports as requested by RHRM and HR Generalist(s)
• Monitor the effectiveness of human resources programs with an eye on reputed company improvements. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed
• Assist other team members in supporting, organizing, and executing departmental projects reputed company to the efficient and compliant operation of the HR Department
• Provide innovative reputed company to improve efficiencies to accomplish work
• Set up and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding
