The role involves running a disciplined consultative sales process to close high-value deals, with a focus on ownership and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- 2+ qualified consultations per day — placed on your calendar by our LDR team. No cold calling. No prospecting
- Consultative sales process: diagnose the prospect's problem, deliver a tailored Onfloor solution, close the deal
- Average order value of $12,000+. Target: 10–18 new customers per month
- Commission-only, uncapped — built for people who want to own their number
- Full pipeline ownership in CRM: accurate forecasting, activity logging, zero dropped balls
Skills
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with NEPQ, Sandler, or a comparable structured selling methodology — you run a system, not a vibe
- 2+ years carrying $150,000+ per month in personal, one-time high-ticket transaction revenue (not recurring)
- 2+ years closing deals with $12,000+ average order values
- 2+ years running 3+ consultative sales calls per day consistently
- Mastery of tone, cadence, and pace — zero filler words on sales calls
- CRM discipline: pipeline management, activity logging, and accurate forecasting at all times
- Self-driven, high ownership, relentlessly proactive
