[Remote] Healthcare Architect, Project Manager

W3Global is seeking a skilled and strategic Healthcare Architect / Project Manager to support the planning, design, and execution of healthcare-related capital projects. This role involves leading projects from concept through completion, ensuring compliance, and driving efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare facility planning, design, and capital improvement projects
• Oversee project workflows, schedules, budgets, and deliverables from initial planning through completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations
• Support master planning and medical planning efforts for healthcare environments
• Ensure projects meet healthcare design standards, regulatory requirements, and operational goals
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, presentations, and strategic planning discussions
• Review project progress and proactively resolve design, scheduling, or coordination challenges
• Maintain clear communication across all phases of the project lifecycle

Skills

• Experience in architecture, healthcare facility planning, and master planning
• Strong Project Management Experience, Including Budget oversight, Timeline management, Stakeholder coordination
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency In Industry-standard Tools And Software Such As AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, Project scheduling/management tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or related field
• Must be willing to complete a background check
• 3+ years of experience with .NET Architecture
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
