[Remote] Health IT Project Manager I

Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health IT Project Manager I to support the ICE Health Service Corps Health Information Technology Unit. This role oversees IT-related projects, ensuring adherence to standard processes and project management best practices throughout the project management lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project management activities for IT and health service projects, ensuring compliance with federal and agency standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support program initiatives
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Support responses to congressional inquiries and other high-level communications
- Provide input for process improvement and policy development
- Maintain project records and ensure accurate reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Health IT or federal IT programs
- Proficiency in project planning, task tracking, deliverable management, meeting facilitation, and status reporting
- Experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies
- Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining project records and reporting accuracy
- Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and align project objectives with organizational goals
- PMP or CAPM certification
- Agile/Scrum certification
- Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, and collaboration tools
- Experience supporting congressional inquiries or other high-level federal communications
