[Remote] Health Benefits Business Development Officer

Associated Bank is committed to creating an inclusive culture and is seeking a Health Benefits Business Development Officer to drive growth by building new employer relationships focused on HSA and health benefit solutions. This role involves a consultative sales approach to connect with prospects and clients, expanding market share and strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by developing employer relationships for HSA and health benefit solutions
- Build and manage partnerships with brokers, centers of influence, and internal banking teams
- Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling the full suite of health and banking services
- Lead and coordinate RFP responses to win new business opportunities
- Represent the bank at community and industry events to build brand presence and generate leads
- Maintain subject matter expertise in HSA, TPA, and COBRA offerings
- Ensure all client relationships align with risk, compliance, and company policies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management
- Ability to obtain required internal certifications within 6 months
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, HSA, or TPA industries
