[Remote] Head of Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AdRevival is a rapidly growing performance marketing agency that has scaled significantly in a short time. They are seeking a Head of Growth to establish their marketing function, design sales processes, and lead a sales team to drive further growth.
Responsibilities
- Build our marketing function from the ground up, covering positioning, demand generation, content, and brand
- Design our sales process end to end, from lead generation through to close, and put the systems and tooling in place to support it
- Recruit, train, and lead a sales team as we scale
- Own go-to-market strategy across the agency and our new ventures, including pricing, packaging, and channel strategy
- Work alongside the founders to identify and capture our next wave of growth opportunities
Skills
- You've built something real in our space that was profitable, sizable, and ambitious, and you can speak to exactly how you did it
- You're a fast, decisive operator. You execute quickly and you don't get stuck overthinking
- You've built sales or marketing processes before, ideally from scratch, and you know how to turn them into repeatable systems
- You're comfortable hiring and leading a team, but you're equally happy rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself in the early days
- You're deeply embedded in the industry. You're active in the relevant communities and you practice what you preach
- You can spot a genuine opportunity, you're not distracted by the next shiny object, and you're ready to commit to this full-time
