[Remote] GTM Recruiter (Contract)

The Contract Recruiter will play a key role in building a high-performing team by sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier talent while collaborating with hiring managers to align with the company's goals and values.
Responsibilities
- Build sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for priority roles
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer close, with a high-touch candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to align on profiles, run efficient processes, and drive strong hiring decisions
- Build high-quality pipelines by consistently identifying, engaging, and converting top talent
- Track funnel metrics and share insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Act as a proactive owner of the hiring process—anticipating challenges, removing friction, and continuously improving how we recruit
- Build deep, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor who drives clarity, accountability, and strong outcomes
Skills
- Proven success hiring for GTM roles, preferably sales and marketing
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound messaging, referrals, creative pipeline building)
- Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and influence decisions through strong intake, calibration, and process leadership
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to build structure as you go
- Excellent communication and follow-through; able to move fast while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
- Experience in a high-growth environment (startup or scaling team) preferred
