[Remote] GTM Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nametag is hiring its first GTM Operations Manager. The role involves building a clean RevOps foundation and extending it into AI-enabled workflows to enhance sales and marketing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own Nametag's HubSpot instance end-to-end: architecture, pipeline stages, deal properties, workflows, integrations, reporting, and data hygiene
- Define and enforce CRM standards across Sales and Marketing so GTM data is clean, consistent, and trusted
- Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and the adjacent stack: outbounding, sequencing, enrichment, sales intelligence, and forecasting tools
- Own the weekly and monthly forecast process in partnership with AEs and Sales leadership
- Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, funnel conversion, sales productivity, and revenue trends
- Define and track core KPIs: pipeline creation, MQL-to-SQL conversion, stage conversion, win rate, sales cycle, ACV, and AE productivity
- Design and manage MQL-to-SQL handoff, lead routing, scoring, SLAs, and follow-up accountability in partnership with Marketing
- Partner with COO, CRO, and GTM leadership on territory design, capacity modeling, and planning
- Once the data foundation is stable, build AI-enabled workflows that help reps personalize outreach at scale, surface account intelligence pre-call, and accelerate RFP and proposal production
- Evaluate, implement, and govern GTM tools and AI capabilities as the stack matures
- Create onboarding and enablement rhythms that help new AEs ramp quickly on systems from day one
Skills
- 5-8 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
- 3+ years owning or heavily administering HubSpot in a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated experience with automation, data enrichment, lead scoring, or outbound tooling
- Strong analytical and reporting skills: pipeline, funnel, forecasting, and board-level revenue reporting
- Operates independently, prioritizes under ambiguity, and communicates data as business insight to both technical and non-technical audiences
- First or early RevOps hire experience
- Background in cybersecurity, identity, infrastructure, or enterprise software
- Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong/Avoma, enrichment platforms, sequencing tools, or AI productivity platforms
- Experience building AI-assisted workflows for outbound, account research, lead scoring, call prep, CRM automation, or RFP support
