[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Good Moose is an independent boutique Growth Marketing Agency based in New York, partnering with brands of all growth stages, from startups to established market leaders. The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading paid media management, client management, and strategic thinking to drive conversions and revenue for various clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee, and support best-in-class campaign setups, optimizations, creative strategy, reporting, and analysis, focusing on improving results across tactics for specific clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for our client partners
- Effectively and efficiently manage day-to-day responsibilities and workflow of client deliverables internally and externally including building decks and client presentations
- Manage the internal team on a day-to-day basis to ensure client deliverables and goals are thoroughly met and/or exceeded
- Work with the internal analytics, creative, and ad ops teams and with our Partner Managers to define a testing agenda and analysis of KPIs in order to improve performance and deliver on revenue goals
- Utilize analytics platforms to develop insights and action items intended to improve our clients’ performance
- Lead weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting
- Continuously think outside of the box to improve performance through channel expansion, maximizing the value of other channels on paid media, and projections
- Identify and recommend changes to websites and apps that could improve conversion rates and reduce friction on the customer journey
- Brainstorm new ways to improve cost per acquisition and revenue numbers for the brands with which you work
- Lead testing to determine the best variables and tactics for performance
Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in Growth Marketing
- Media Planning & Execution Experience (Paid Search / Paid Social): at least 4 years of digital media planning and buying management experience primarily focusing on setting up and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns within Google and/or Meta
- Holistic understanding of the marketing funnel
- Exceptional communicator with an astute understanding of how internal brand teams work
- Ability to lead meetings and build presentations from scratch
- Strong experience with data analytics
- Clear understanding of how to read data in order to build insights and make recommendations
- Ability to visualize and deliver insights and recommendations to clients based on relevant KPIs
- Strong direct-response, conversion-focused background, driving relevant business results for clients
- Understanding of the importance of and application of brand awareness and top of funnel tactics
- Thorough understanding of best-in-class practices for direct response and full funnel tactics
- Passion for mentoring junior team members and invested in their growth
- Consistent attention to detail with sharp organizational skills
- Understanding of Shopify, Looker, GA4, Rockerbox, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Measured, etc
