[Remote] Growth Marketer

They are seeking a Growth Marketer to build and manage a demand engine that converts enterprise brands and start-ups into qualified leads, focusing on both inbound and outbound strategies.
Responsibilities
- You own the engine that turns enterprise brands and start-ups from strangers into qualified pipeline
- Inbound and outbound, and the judgment to know which one a given segment actually needs
- The content and channels that pull the right buyers in
- The outbound motion that reaches the accounts worth reaching
- The automation underneath it all: capture, scoring, routing, so nothing leaks and nobody chases the wrong lead
- The nurture that keeps a six-figure deal warm across a long enterprise cycle
- And the numbers that prove it works, by stage, not by vanity
- You build the machine
- You report to the founders directly
Skills
- Proof that you have built a B2B pipeline that produced revenue, not impressions
- A demand engine you set up, and the numbers behind it: pipeline created, conversion by stage, cost to acquire
- A nurture sequence that moved cold accounts to booked calls
- An outbound motion that booked meetings with people who were not looking for you
- An inbound play that pulled qualified buyers in on its own
- Knowledge of the real difference between inbound and outbound, and when each is the right tool instead of a reflex
- Ability to stand up marketing automation without needing a six-month consulting engagement
- Thinking in pipeline and CAC and stage conversion, not reach
- Ability to find the leak in a funnel before finding an excuse
