[Remote] Group Benefits Account Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. JL Connects is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage a book of small to mid-sized groups with some large groups. This fully remote position requires the ideal candidate to provide excellent customer service while handling daily account management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Daily servicing of assigned group benefit accounts
- Maintain accurate data in agency management system
- Review policies and documents for consistency and compliance
- Build open enrollment materials, and conduct open enrollment meetings
- Conduct renewal meetings, process carrier changes, and claims handling
- Provide excellent customer service and contribute positively to the team environment
Skills
- Active and valid State of Michigan Life & Health Insurance License
- 2+ years of experience in group benefits insurance account management
- Proficiency Applied EPIC, and Employee Navigator
