[Remote] Global Trade Analytics / Tax Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GAC Solutions is focused on helping companies manage global compliance and improve efficiencies in their supply chains. They are seeking a Global Trade Analytics / Tax Manager to advise multinational companies on import and export strategies, supervise a team of professionals, and lead client workstreams in trade analytics.

Responsibilities

• Helping companies manage global compliance requirements and realize efficiencies in their global supply chain through analytics-driven insights, monitoring, and reporting
• Advising U.S. and foreign multinational companies on global import and export strategies and compliance by implementing or managing data-driven decision support
• Working with clients to assess and deploy trade analytics solutions to enable international trade management operations
• Supervising assignments by the Global Trade professionals serving as Consultants and Senior Consultants
• Developing and motivating the engagement staff by providing them with leadership, counselling, and career guidance
• Assisting Partners, Principals, and Directors with day-to-day operations of practice
• Leading client workstreams focused on trade analytics, reporting, and insights, including guiding teams through data discovery, cleansing, and analysis across global trade, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and logistics datasets
• Leading development of analytics-enabled operating solutions to address compliance, cost, service, and visibility challenges (e.g., dashboards, automated reporting, controls monitoring, audit-ready outputs)

Skills

• Experience in managing global compliance requirements and efficiencies in global supply chain through analytics-driven insights
• Advising U.S. and foreign multinational companies on global import and export strategies and compliance
• Implementing or managing data-driven decision support
