[Remote] Global Program Manager Lead (IVD, Flow Cytometry)

The Global Program Manager Lead will oversee the development of multiple clinical product programs, ensuring excellence in delivery and execution while managing cross-functional teams and communication across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage next-generation clinical product programs, ensuring excellence in product delivery and execution
• Oversees development efforts across multiple programs, ensuring alignment, seamless execution, and successful product release
• Partners with cross-functional teams to drive execution, manage trade-offs, establish timelines and budgets, mitigate risks, and guide products through clinical trials and release
• Applies Danaher Business System (DBS) to establish program metrics, drive Daily Management, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
• Communicates program status, escalations, and resolutions effectively, while fostering collaboration, enabling efficient cross-program communication, and translating complex issues for executive stakeholders

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in the science or biology field
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the life sciences or diagnostics field
• 10+ years of experience in leading complex product development
• Experience with design control processes (e.g., FDA/ISO) across the full product lifecycle
• Ability to travel – up to 50% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
• Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• PMP certification
