[Remote] Full Stack Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tattoo Projects Digital is currently seeking a talented full stack web developer to join their growing team. The role involves developing and maintaining functional web applications while collaborating closely with engineers and designers to enhance processes and tools for efficiency and application management.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on architecture, coding, and debugging as well as some PM skills where needed
  • A clear understanding of web front end and best practices for building responsive applications
  • Write clean code to develop functional web applications based on specifications and design
  • Quickly learn application platforms and be able to adjust to what’s been done and improve it
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications
  • Perform UI tests to optimize performance
  • Manage cutting-edge technologies and work to improve legacy applications
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to deliver their vision for interactive applications
  • Gather and address technical and design requirements
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use with an eye toward process and efficiency
  • Follow emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvement
  • Improve apps for performance and scalability
  • Employ the latest technology to rebuild legacy apps
  • Integrate UI with 1st and 3rd-Party APIs
  • Perform training and support activities
  • Write comprehensive guides and documentation
  • Compile prototype and quality mockups
  • Make sure that high-quality graphic standards are met
  • Stay consistent with the company brand

Skills

  • US Based, Preferably east coast and NC/PA a bonus
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a full-stack developer with front-end and back-office knowledge or similar role
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development workflow (design, development, and deployment) and the tools used at each step in the process
  • Fully capable of handling multiple aspects of each project, such as pixel perfect responsive UI development, server-side scripting, API integration, and database management
  • Hands-on experience with one or more CMS frameworks ( e.g. Wordpress, Hygraph, Contentful, etc. ) and building both headful and headless applications using GraphQL and/or REST APIs
  • Proficiency with front-end in vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required – you know the fundamentals better than you know React
  • Solid understanding of modern front-end frameworks and tooling (e.g. Svelte/Sveltekit, Tailwind, Vite, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable of multiple back-end languages ( e.g. PHP, C#, Python, Node.js )
  • Appreciation for clean, thoughtful, and well documented code
  • Basic proficiency with GIT
  • Time management and analytical skills
  • Ability to perform several tasks at the same time
  • Ability to translate requirements into a finished project
  • Communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving ability
  • DevOps, Security, and/or added Infrastructure experience a bonus
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Svelte experience a plus
