[Remote] Fractional Recruiter

This part-time, fully remote role involves sourcing and qualifying top talent in the tech industry while engaging with companies to meet their hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your established tech talent network to source and place candidates in top GTM roles
- Work with companies to understand their hiring needs and help fill open roles efficiently
- Engage in high-volume sourcing and efficient recruiting practices to maximize placements
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and advocating for their career success
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and connect with top talent
- Stay up to date on trends in go-to-market hiring and the broader tech talent market
- Leverage Betts' extensive talent network and tools to enhance your recruiting efforts
Skills
- Experience in GTM recruitment with a focus on roles like SDRs, AEs, CSMs, Marketers, VPs of Sales/Marketing/CS, and CROs
- Strong personal network of tech professionals actively seeking new opportunities
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and demonstrated ability to source top talent efficiently
- Currently unemployed or in a role that allows for a side hustle
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
