[Remote] Fractional Growth Lead - GTM Experiments

They are seeking a Fractional Growth Lead to own their go-to-market strategy, executing and analyzing experiments to drive growth among enterprise buyers.
Responsibilities
- Run rapid experiments across different combinations of ICP, messaging, and channel
- Run some tests yourself end-to-end, and for others rely on their outside agency partners to execute. Their agencies handle: Cold calling, Email outbound, Linkedin outbound
- Help them bring on additional growth and agency partners to do more parallel experimentation
- Analyze test results across calls, CRM data, and lead lists to identify what's working and not
- Work directly with the founder to shape and prioritize the testing roadmap
Skills
- Been a growth 'hacker', or other similar experiment-focused growth leader, that can devise, run, and measure experiments rapidly
- A product marketing skillset that can identify the right ICP, messaging, and channel combos
- Experience in early-stage, VC-backed B2B startups that sold to mid-market and enterprise buyers
- Highly analytical and data-oriented
- Comfortable working on an hourly basis (not retainer), tracking your hours, and moving with efficiency
- Former founder
- Experience handling outreach execution yourself vs. relying on others
- Worked with highly technical or data-heavy enterprise products
