[Remote] Founding Account Management Leader - Key Accounts

Codoxo is the market’s most advanced AI platform for healthcare payment integrity, enabling health plans to proactively prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and payment errors. They are seeking a Strategic Transformation Partner to lead transformation-focused sales engagements with key accounts, focusing on building high-value relationships and designing scalable commercial partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow executive relationships across payer organizations (national and regional)
- Guide complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles rooted in operational transformation
- Architect 3–5 year customer journeys alongside Codoxo product, delivery, and leadership
- Structure commercial proposals aligned to customer maturity and risk-share appetite
- Partner with product, clinical, and engineering teams to ensure value delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and commercial sponsor across accounts
Skills
- 4+ years at a top management consulting firm (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman) with focus on payer, healthcare services, or operations transformation
- Experience leading large-scale cost containment or digital transformation initiatives inside health plans
- Deep comfort working with C-level decision-makers (COO, CFO, CIO, EVP Ops)
- Experience translating complex roadmaps into commercial structures (shared savings, platform fees, multi-year engagements)
- Deep familiarity with payer operations and cost containment strategy
- Experience leading consultative sales or strategic growth initiatives in health plans
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and design scalable partnerships from scratch
- Executive presence, strong writing and verbal communication, and commercial creativity
- A personal passion for transforming how healthcare works
- Exposure to payment integrity, SIU/FWA, analytics, care management, or provider network operations
