[Remote] Financial Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to support various functions by providing financial analysis, developing financial models, and offering data-driven recommendations to influence business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance
- Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for new initiatives, investments, and operational decisions
- Support marketing performance analysis, including spend, pipeline, and ROI metrics
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, and reporting activities
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders
- Drive process improvements through FP&A tools, business intelligence, and automation solutions
Skills
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop recommendations with limited direction
- Strong customer-service mindset and passion for solving business problems through data
- Ability to travel to the Bellevue area as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
- Experience supporting corporate functions and/or marketing teams preferred
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics, ROI analysis, and organizational cost modeling is a plus
