[Remote] Field Service Technician (Remote Jacksonville, FL)

Responsibilities
- Manage a multi zip code territory within 2 hours of Jacksonville, Florida, with up to 80% driving time
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
- Install, service, and upgrade Pitney Bowes Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
- Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical/electrical equipment
- Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
- Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
- Experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment
- Familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking
