[Remote] Executive Search Analyst

BHC is a company focused on executive talent acquisition, and they are seeking a highly strategic, research-driven Executive Search Analyst to support senior and executive-level hiring across the organization. The role involves building relationships, mapping leadership talent, and providing operational support for executive searches in the hospitality and luxury industries.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain living profiles on high-value executive and leadership talent across target industries and competitor organizations
- Conduct detailed organizational mapping, market research, and talent intelligence reporting
- Track career progression, tenure patterns, organizational climate, leadership movement, ownership changes, and industry dynamics that may indicate candidate mobility
- Monitor competitive intelligence across hospitality, restaurant, luxury, and lifestyle sectors
- Develop company target lists, succession maps, and leadership talent pipelines
- Deliver highly contextualized candidate briefs and market insights to the Director of Executive Talent before outreach and engagement
- Partner closely with the Director of Executive Talent to develop customized search strategies for executive and senior leadership roles
- Support proactive talent identification efforts regardless of whether an active search is open
- Build and maintain diverse pipelines of passive leadership talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement where appropriate
- Screen and assess prospective candidates for alignment with leadership competencies, role requirements, and cultural fit
- Prepare candidate summaries, search updates, compensation benchmarks, organizational charts, and talent market reports
- Manage scheduling, candidate logistics, interview coordination, and search communications throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain highly organized and accurate CRM and ATS records to ensure institutional knowledge is captured and maintained over time
- Coordinate the search process flow between candidates, leadership, and stakeholders
- Support reporting, dashboard tracking, and recruiting operations initiatives
- Help optimize executive search processes, sourcing methodologies, and talent intelligence systems
Skills
- 2+ years of research, executive search, talent intelligence, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience supporting leadership hiring within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, restaurant, consumer, or related industries strongly preferred
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement experience
- Exceptional research, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize talent and market intelligence into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and priorities
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and recruiting technologies such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools preferred
