[Remote] Executive Recruiter

They are seeking an Executive Recruiter to drive new business development, manage full-cycle recruiting, and build relationships with clients and candidates in the Bay Area market.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and cultivating client relationships across the Bay Area
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver top-tier accounting and finance talent (Senior Accountant through VP level)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement
- Leverage your local network, and build new connections, through LinkedIn, our ATS, events, and referrals
- Collaborate closely with teammates and leadership to share market insights, celebrate wins, and continuously improve
- Exceed monthly and quarterly goals, focusing on long-term partnerships and high-quality results
Skills
- Bachelor's highly preferred; Accounting, Finance, or Business major preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruiting or business development experience, ideally within the Bay Area market
- Established network of Bay Area accounting and finance professionals and strong understanding of local hiring dynamics
- Proven success building lasting relationships and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, self-motivation, and a sense of humor, we value both hustle and heart
