[Remote] Executive Recruiter

American Recruiters is expanding its Commercial Foodservice Equipment & Supplies (E&S) practice, and they’re looking for a driven Executive Recruiter to own search and placement across this growing industry. The role involves managing the full recruiting lifecycle and developing client relationships within the commercial foodservice equipment supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, and closing placements within the commercial foodservice E&S sector
- Develop and grow client relationships with equipment manufacturers, dealers, manufacturers’ reps, and service providers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and executive roles
- Conduct in-depth candidate and client consultations to understand needs, culture fit, and compensation expectations
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates and clients through the hiring process to a successful close
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and talent movement within the foodservice E&S space
Skills
- Proven recruiting, sales, or business development experience
- A self-starter mindset with the hunger and discipline to build and manage a full desk
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a national team
- Agency/search experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in the commercial foodservice equipment & supplies industry is a major plus
