Job Overview Join our dynamic team of dedicated educators as an ESL Teacher in a fully remote role that allows you to teach from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in a personalized one-on-one setting. Utilize an app-based platform to conduct lessons and manage educational materials effectively. Prepare and leverage provided teaching resources to facilitate students' academic progress. Foster a professional and supportive online classroom atmosphere. Maintain availability for classes during peak hours, Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Singapore Time), with optional weekend sessions. Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to support students in achieving their educational goals. Required Skills Proficient technology skills to navigate and utilize teaching applications effectively. Excellent communication abilities for providing clear and constructive feedback. Capability to maintain a professional and supportive online learning environment.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related discipline. A valid teaching certification or equivalent qualification issued by a recognized local authority or teacher association. A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in local or international school settings, including overseas experience.
