Offer tailored feedback and assistance to students, aiding in their progression towards improved English language skills. Employ a range of innovative instructional methods and digital resources to foster an interactive and captivating classroom experience. Collaborate with fellow educators and administrative staff to promote student achievement and development. Required Skills Strong organizational capabilities with a knack for managing multiple responsibilities and adapting to evolving student requirements. Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and effective explanations of complex concepts. A proactive, student-centric teaching philosophy that emphasizes ongoing improvement and adaptation.
Qualifications
A Bachelor s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a closely related discipline. A state-endorsed ESL certification from Ohio. A minimum of two years of ESL teaching experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a remote educational setting.
