[Remote] eCommerce National Account Manager

Adecco is a globally recognized and innovative consumer packaged goods organization seeking a National Account Manager for eCommerce Sales. This role focuses on managing sales and profit potential of key online accounts, maximizing sales, distribution, and digital merchandising while collaborating cross-functionally to drive digital commerce growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead Joint Business Planning initiatives with Target and Tier 2 omni-channel retailers
- Manage full portfolio selling responsibilities across seasonal and core business
- Drive omni-channel growth strategy aligned to corporate eCommerce objectives
- Apply consultative selling techniques to expand online portfolio and retail partnerships
- Act as primary voice in buyer meetings and translate strategy and budget needs internally
- Maintain and optimize digital shelf presence across dotcom platforms
- Ensure optimized assortment, distribution, and merchandising execution
- Drive retail media strategy and performance across customer platforms
- Monitor sell-through performance and recommend in-season optimizations
- Manage performance in high-margin environments with strong return on investment focus
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Analytics teams to track forecasts, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Deliver monthly actionable insights and opportunity analyses
- Leverage competitive benchmarking to assess strategic implications
- Identify performance gaps and recommend course corrections
- Partner with Brand, Supply Chain, and Brick & Mortar Sales teams to align omni-channel strategy
- Guide internal stakeholders on digital customer, consumer, and industry insights
- Support holistic portfolio representation across online and offline channels
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree a plus
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, traditional retail, and or CPG
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
- Remote role with EST working hours required
- Experience managing the Target account preferred
- Exposure to or experience working with Target's retail media platform strongly preferred
- Background within a consumer packaged goods organization managing Target business or prior corporate experience at Target
- Minneapolis familiarity is a plus
- Candidates located in NJ or NYC who can occasionally attend office meetings are a plus
