[Remote] Dynamics 365 Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bond Consulting Services is seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive to help organizations modernize their business through Microsoft Business Applications. This role is responsible for driving new business opportunities across various Microsoft technologies while consulting with clients to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business across Business Central, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Copilot solutions
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, COOs, Controllers, Operations Leaders, IT Directors, and Business Unit Leaders
- Consult with prospects to understand current business processes, technology landscape, and strategic initiatives, identifying opportunities for modernization and AI adoption
- Position the value of Microsoft's connected business applications, including ERP, CRM, analytics, automation, and AI, rather than selling individual products
- Lead the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification through discovery, demonstrations, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and Delivery Teams to create compelling demonstrations, solution designs, and implementation strategies
- Educate customers on how Microsoft Copilot, AI, Power Platform, and automation can solve real business problems while helping them adopt AI at a pace aligned with their business readiness
- Identify opportunities for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric, and Copilot to extend the value of Business Central and existing Microsoft investments
- Develop opportunities through referrals, networking, Microsoft partner channels, industry events, webinars, and marketing-generated leads
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, forecasts, and account plans
- Represent Bond Consulting Services at Microsoft events, Community Summit, conferences, webinars, and regional networking events
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and long-term relationships
Skills
- 5+ years of successful B2B technology or consulting sales experience
- Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics GP migrations, ERP, CRM, or other Microsoft Business Applications preferred
- Experience selling Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Experience selling Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, or other modern Microsoft cloud technologies strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success managing complex consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive business leaders and technical decision makers
- Strong discovery and solution-selling skills with the ability to uncover business challenges and align technology solutions to measurable outcomes
- Experience developing proposals, responding to RFPs, creating pricing strategies, and negotiating contracts
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment
- Experience working for a Microsoft Solutions Partner or Microsoft reseller
- Existing relationships within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft sellers, CSPs, ISVs, or referral partners
- Knowledge of Business Central, Customer Engagement, Microsoft 365, Azure, and the broader Microsoft Cloud
- Understanding of business process transformation across finance, operations, sales, customer service, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services
