[Remote] Disposition Services PMO Project Manager

They are seeking a PMO Project Manager to oversee contractor performance, manage projects, and ensure successful completion of tasks within budget and time constraints.
Responsibilities
- Provides management, organizational, business, and technical leadership and services to ensure successful completion of tasks on a timely basis and within budget
- Successfully operates Distribution Centers, consistently meets APLs, improves space utilization, and reduces costs
- Maintains audit readiness through peak demand and special projects
- Conducted a redesign and consolidation of light and heavy packaging areas into a single warehouse bay
- Continuously improves operations through the growth and development of supervisors and leads
- Extensive experience in organizational development, team building, mentoring, and problem-solving
- Monitors the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ensure that the responsibilities of authority and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood
- Promote effective two-way communications throughout the business operation
- Perform all other related duties as assigned or requested
- Implements employee incentives and mentors/trains employees
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent ten (10) years Government or private-sector work experience) and three (3) years of management experience
- Experience in managing projects, contracts, funds, and resources
- Must be articulate, creative, a problem solver, a decision-maker, and a change agent
- Ability to deploy globally in support of emerging requirements within 48 hours of notifications
- Has the authority to resolve problems, allocate resources, manage personnel, and monitor operation performance taking direction from the Government to ensure complete satisfaction
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Demonstrate a good attitude and ability to work as a member of a team
- Position requires self-motivation and the ability to work effectively under a minimum of supervision
- Ability to multi-task efficiently works in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and has strong attention to detail
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Must also be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance
