[Remote] Director / Vice President Franchise Sales Marketing

Franchise Search is one of the fastest-growing franchise brands in the world, and they are seeking a Director / Vice President of Franchise Sales Marketing to build the acquisition engine behind their growth. This remote leadership role is responsible for architecting and scaling the full franchise development marketing system and driving qualified, sales-ready franchise candidate flow into the franchise sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale franchise lead generation systems across paid and organic channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms)
- Own full-funnel performance from first click through franchise sale, including messaging, landing pages, creative, targeting, and conversion optimization
- Build and manage CRM infrastructure including automation, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, segmentation, and attribution modeling
- Drive continuous improvement in cost per qualified franchise lead and downstream conversion performance
- Develop franchise sales storytelling assets that convert (video, case studies, testimonials, webinars, digital campaigns, recruitment content)
- Own performance analytics across the entire funnel: CPL, application rate, appointment rate, close rate, and ROI
- Manage external agencies, media buyers, and marketing partners with direct accountability to franchise sales outcomes
- Support international franchise expansion and master franchise systems with consistent lead generation execution
- Lead franchise recruitment marketing initiatives including discovery days, expos, webinars, and investor outreach campaigns
Skills
- Experience in franchise development operations
- Understanding of franchise growth as a deal-generation system
- Ability to design and scale franchise lead generation systems across paid and organic channels
- Experience owning full-funnel performance from first click through franchise sale
- Skills in building and managing CRM infrastructure including automation, lead scoring, nurturing workflows, segmentation, and attribution modeling
- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in cost per qualified franchise lead and downstream conversion performance
- Ability to develop franchise sales storytelling assets that convert
- Experience owning performance analytics across the entire funnel: CPL, application rate, appointment rate, close rate, and ROI
- Experience managing external agencies, media buyers, and marketing partners with direct accountability to franchise sales outcomes
- Ability to support international franchise expansion and master franchise systems with consistent lead generation execution
- Experience leading franchise recruitment marketing initiatives including discovery days, expos, webinars, and investor outreach campaigns
- Non-franchise development marketing backgrounds will not be considered
