[Remote] Director – Pricing & Revenue Growth Strategy
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Neos Talent is a fast-growing advisory firm that is building out its Private Equity value creation capability. They are seeking a Director of Pricing & Revenue Growth Strategy to work directly with private equity sponsors and portfolio company leadership teams to identify and deliver margin expansion.

- Pricing strategy and transformation
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Trade Promotion Management and optimisation
- Promotional effectiveness
- Price-pack architecture
- Customer and product profitability
- Discount, rebate and channel management
- Commercial excellence and sales effectiveness
Skills
- Senior Manager, Director or Principal level within a leading strategy, Big Four or specialist pricing consultancy
- Deep pricing and revenue growth expertise
- Strong executive-level client skills
- Track record of delivering measurable revenue, margin or EBITDA improvement
- Direct private equity experience would be valuable, but it is not essential
- Relevant backgrounds could include Strategy&, Kearney, Simon-Kucher, EY-Parthenon, Monitor Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, AlixPartners, Alvarez & Marsal or similar firms
