[Remote] Director of Revenue Marketing (DXA Software)

Peskind Executive Search is conducting a search for a rapidly growing enterprise B2B SaaS company that focuses on optimizing digital customer experiences through data, analytics, and AI. They are seeking a Director of Revenue Marketing to lead demand generation and revenue marketing strategies, aiming to build pipeline and accelerate revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline goals
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline and revenue
- Build and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise accounts
- Partner closely with Sales to improve pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and conversion rates
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital marketing, paid media, email, web, outbound programs, partnerships, and events
- Leverage AI, automation, and modern marketing technologies to improve campaign efficiency and performance
- Optimize the entire revenue funnel, improving lead quality, conversion rates, and sales velocity
- Analyze campaign performance and make rapid, data-driven decisions that improve ROI
- Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, product launches, and market initiatives
- Establish executive-level reporting that clearly demonstrates marketing's contribution to revenue growth
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth Marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS
- Proven success building predictable pipeline and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience scaling demand generation programs in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and Account-Based Marketing strategies
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing technology stacks, including marketing automation, CRM, intent platforms, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or similar)
- Highly analytical with a passion for measuring performance and continuously improving results
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership
- Experience marketing into Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred
