[Remote] Director of Growth Marketing - Franchisor (EST or CST Time Zone)

Blue Rock Search, LLC is a second-generation, family-owned early childhood education franchise with nearly 30 schools and plans for more. They are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to drive enrollment and lead performance, oversee digital marketing strategies, and collaborate across teams to enhance franchisee success and brand strength.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing performance measurement across enrollment and lead generation channels
- Analyze conversion funnels and optimize performance from inquiry through enrollment
- Monitor lead quality, attribution, and ROI across marketing initiatives
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to improve campaign effectiveness
- Use dashboards and data to guide decisions and recommend resource allocation
- Oversee SEO strategy, website optimization, and digital presence
- Evaluate and evolve paid media strategy with agency partners
- Identify opportunities to improve discoverability and customer acquisition
- Stay ahead of emerging search behaviors, AI-enabled marketing practices, and digital trends
- Partner closely with internal brand and content resources to translate insights into compelling campaigns and scalable marketing tools
- Collaborate with operations leadership to align marketing strategy with franchisee priorities and operational realities
- Ensure marketing initiatives are practical, executable, and deliver value across schools at varying stages of growth
- Create strong feedback loops between franchisees, operations, and marketing to continuously improve effectiveness and perception
- Develop scalable marketing programs that support both new and established schools
- Help franchisees understand marketing performance and make informed investment decisions
- Influence local marketing execution without direct authority
- Support market-entry planning and localized growth strategies
- Collaborate with franchise development teams to strengthen storytelling, lead generation, and website experience
- Support growth into new markets with targeted positioning and messaging
- Contribute to franchise recruitment initiatives and owner engagement efforts
- Ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across customer and franchise audiences
- Support key moments including conferences, launches, events, and company initiatives
- Monitor franchisee sentiment and brand perception through feedback channels and reporting
Skills
- 5–7+ years of marketing leadership experience for a multi-unit franchise organization
- Experience owning performance marketing, lead generation, SEO, conversion optimization, and reporting
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
- Comfortable operating in lean, entrepreneurial environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities
- Collaborative style with demonstrated success working cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and stakeholder groups
- Curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to challenge assumptions
- Ability to travel 20%
- Education, childcare, family-focused, healthcare, wellness, pet services, or service-based industries
- Experience supporting localized or hyper-local marketing programs
- Exposure to franchise development marketing
- Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools and evolving search behavior
