[Remote] Director of Growth Marketing

They are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead their revenue marketing system, manage a high-performing team, and drive marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize the interconnected journey that takes someone who has never heard of us, turns them into a high-intent lead, guides them through the sales close, and continuously nurtures them throughout their lifetime as a customer
- Develop and execute the quarterly growth blueprint, setting clear pipeline and conversion targets that align with overall business goals
- Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate audience insights into targeted, high-yield marketing strategies
- Build and oversee a cohesive, omni-channel campaign strategy that cuts through the noise and engages prospects at every stage of the buyer's journey
- Own the marketing metrics from top-of-funnel to revenue (MQL - SQL - Pipeline - Revenue). Continuously diagnose and fix funnel leakage to improve conversion rates
- Strategically plan and allocate the marketing budget across diverse demand channels (Paid Media, Email, Webinars, Events) to maximize ROI and efficiency
- Guide, mentor, elevate, and bring together a team of specialists across Demand Gen, Events, and Lifecycle marketing to achieve cohesive growth goals
- Maintain a lockstep relationship with the Sales organization, ensuring consistent lead quality, shared pipeline goals, and tight feedback loops that help close deals faster
Skills
- 7+ years of growth/demand generation marketing experience
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams
- Deep expertise in building and optimizing full-funnel marketing engines
- Strong analytical skills
- A proven track record of partnering successfully with Sales and Product Marketing teams
- A builder's mentality
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Prioritizing ruthlessly
- Driving rapid experimentation
- Edtech or B2B experience preferred
