[Remote] Director of Growth Marketing

R2 Global is a rapidly scaling beauty brand seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead and enhance its direct-to-consumer revenue engine. The role requires a hands-on leader who will develop performance marketing strategies and optimize customer retention through various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Full performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging channels — budget ownership, real-time optimisation and accountability against CAC, ROAS and CPA targets
- End-to-end campaign planning from paid ads through to landing pages and post-purchase flows
- Funnel optimisation — CVR, AOV and LTV — through rigorous testing, analytics and retention strategy
- Customer retention via Klaviyo across email and SMS
- UGC and branded content strategy in collaboration with the social team
- Analytics, attribution and reporting across Shopify and third-party tools
- Paid media agency management across search and social
Skills
- 7+ years in DTC performance marketing with a proven track record driving profitable growth
- Hands-on operator — you run campaigns, not just manage people who do
- Strong creative testing instincts — UGC, hooks, landing pages, offer structure
- Highly analytical — fast, confident decisions based on data
- Hands-on with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Triple Whale
- Beauty, skincare or wellness brand background strongly preferred
