[Remote] Director of Clinical Quality Assurance and Customer Success
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Success will manage a subset of centers, providing support and maintaining relationships with customers while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Investigate Center and provider concerns and track trends
- Track and utilize support ticket/feedback emails for questions or concerns
- Review trending usage /dashboard access and utilization for each assigned center
- Provide product demonstrations as needed for individual DON or small team
- Participate in Clinical meetings with Clinical Leadership Team
- Assist with Advisory Board discussions
- Manage incoming emails
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proficiency with data entry and thorough understanding of a variety of software applications
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Bachelor's in nursing and medical social work strongly preferred
- 3 years' experience with LTC/SNF experience strongly preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in account management preferred
