[Remote] Director of Business Development � healthcare sales
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Liberty Healthcare Corporation is hiring for a new Director of Business Development position. This is a sales role in which you will execute the growth strategy for Liberty Healthcare’s population health service line and contribute to continued growth through the acquisition of significant new business.
Responsibilities
- Direct sales – with an emphasis cold calling and networking
- Identifying and developing relationships with decision makers in health plans, managed care organizations, EAPS, and other payors
- Using solution-focused consultative sales techniques which leverage Liberty Healthcare’s core competencies to meet customer needs
- Delivering presentations to individuals and groups, in-person and virtually
Skills
- Minimum of three years of sales experience specifically in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of securing new business
- Established relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare and human services industry
- Self-starter who performs well with a high degree of autonomy
- Skilled in consultative sales
- Tenacious cold caller who can independently identify, engage, and influence high level decision makers
- Knowledge of population health concepts and services is highly desirable
