Responsibilities
- Participate in structured onboarding, training, and professional development
- Generate and manage qualified leads using digital marketing platforms
- Conduct high-level phone and Zoom conversations with prospective international clients
- Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement
- Mentor and guide new team members as the organization scales
- Work independently with a high level of accountability and professionalism
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment, leadership, consulting, or corporate client-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse markets
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
- Confident using digital tools, online systems, and virtual communication platforms
- Professionals with backgrounds in corporate management, sales, consulting, recruitment, leadership, or education who are looking to transition away from the traditional 9-to-5 are highly encouraged to apply
