[Remote] Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support digital demand generation efforts by executing marketing strategies and managing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation: Work within our HubSpot instance to build targeted email campaigns, segment lists, and execute nurture workflows
- Paid Media: Partner with our consultant to track and guide Google Ads performance. Build, launch, and monitor paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Reddit), making data-driven adjustments based on performance
- Website, SEO, and AEO: Collaborate with the marketing team and our developer to update website content, build landing pages, and support the execution of our SEO and AEO/GEO strategies
- Digital Events: Support digital event execution for webinars and virtual events, including platform setup, registration support, speaker coordination, promotional emails, and lead tracking
- Content: Draft compelling B2B copy for digital channels using SME briefs, AI tools, and interviews with internal subject matter experts
- Sales Enablement: Assist in the creation, formatting, and updating of sales collateral (e.g., slide decks, one-pagers, digital collateral)
- Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, including cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and email engagement, recommending improvements based on the data
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, campaign execution, or a related marketing role
- Experience setting up and running paid digital campaigns, specifically in LinkedIn (Google Ads and Reddit Ads are a plus)
- Experience building emails, lists, and nurture workflows in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
- Experience making website content updates. WordPress and Elementor experience is preferred
- Strong B2B copywriting skills with the ability to translate technical services into clear marketing messaging
- Working knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and collaborate effectively within a team
- Ability to use AI tools to support content drafting, research, and campaign optimization, while adhering to company brand standards and data privacy guidelines
- Experience in the Managed Services Provider, IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, or broader B2B technology space
- Experience formatting visually polished collateral using tools like PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Canva
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, or digital event platforms
- Familiarity with emerging search trends like AEO/GEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
