[Remote] Digital Marketing Agency Project Manager

They are seeking a highly organized Digital Marketing Agency Project Manager to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and CRM projects for clients, overseeing project timelines and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects, including advertising campaigns, SEO initiatives, CRM Projects, and more
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Client Success, Ad Launch, Ad Management, SEO, CRM Team, Department leads, and Support to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution
• Serve as the main point of contact between Client Success and Delivery Team Members
• Provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction throughout the client lifecycle
• Create detailed project plans, including timelines, task breakdowns, and milestones, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, rules and other process in Asana
• Track project performance, analyze deliverables, and ensure adherence to client goals and KPIs
• Identify and mitigate potential risks or bottlenecks in project workflows
• Monitor resource allocation and coordinate with team members to optimize performance and efficiency
• Manage client communications to provide transparency on project progress and ensure alignment with their business goals
• Assist with post-project evaluations and report findings to improve future project performance
• Ensure all projects align with the success of our clients

Skills

• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Google Ads, Landing Pages, and CRMs
• In-depth understanding and proficiency in project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or similar tools
• Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to manage many projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and build strong relationships
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems creatively and stay calm under pressure
• Knowledge of budget management and the ability to track project costs effectively
• Self-motivated, with a passion for delivering results and leading teams to success
