[Remote] Digital Dealer Major Groups & Publics Coordinator

They are seeking a Digital Dealer Major Groups & Publics Coordinator to support the execution and coordination of digital marketing programs across large dealer groups and public automotive retail organizations, ensuring consistent delivery of digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

Support the Major Groups & Publics Advisor in day-to-day management of dealer group accounts Assist with onboarding and coordination of SmartDigital programs across multiple rooftops Compile and maintain performance reports across websites, SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM tools Track key performance metrics and flag trends, anomalies, or gaps for further analysis Help ensure accuracy and consistency of program data, documentation, and deliverables Coordinate internal workflows, including task tracking, follow-ups, and meeting preparation Support client communications by preparing materials, notes, and summaries Assist in resolving basic issues and escalating more complex challenges to senior team members Participate in training and development to build knowledge of OEM programs and digital marketing best practices Stay current on SmartDigital tools, processes, and program updates Skills 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, account coordination, or administrative support (automotive experience a plus) Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (websites, paid media, SEO, social media, analytics) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Analytical mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting tools Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets preferred) Company Overview JD Power is a proven leader in business-critical data and intelligence to drive auto-related decisions with confidence and clarity.
