[Remote] Digital Analyst 4
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cypress HCM is seeking a senior-level Digital Analyst to support global web analytics and customer journey measurement. The role involves delivering actionable insights, managing Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance reporting and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Web Analyst supporting core web and experience analytics across global and recurring site components
- Deliver ad hoc analysis, stakeholder-ready reporting, and actionable business insights
- Manage and support Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) administration, including:
- Derived fields
- Segmentation cleanup
- Troubleshooting
- Governance and environment optimization
- Support analytics tool integrations into Customer Journey Analytics
- Provide advanced analytics support for LLM and GenAI-driven business initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to operationalize AI-generated insights into reporting and decision-making processes
- Support Databricks reporting datasets, exports, and reporting enablement workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting adoption, data accessibility, and insight storytelling
- Define measurement strategies, KPIs, tracking requirements, and implementation specifications
- Validate analytics implementations and ensure data quality across web experiences
- Conduct funnel analysis, customer journey analysis, attribution analysis, and experimentation reporting
- Translate complex business questions into measurable analytics frameworks and recommendations
Skills
- Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including datasets, XDM schemas, identities, and platform architecture
- Expertise building dashboards, freeform tables, calculated metrics, segments, cohort analyses, fallout reports, and flow visualizations
- Experience configuring CJA Data Views, attribution models, persistence settings, and reporting structures
- Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics and migration considerations to CJA
- Experience with Adobe Web SDK (Alloy), Adobe Launch/Tags, data layers, and digital data collection strategies
- Experience creating measurement frameworks, SDRs, and implementation QA processes
- Working knowledge of XDM schema design and field mapping
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation
- Experience stitching customer data across web, app, CRM, and offline channels
- Understanding of data governance, privacy requirements, GDPR, and CCPA
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to translate analytics findings into business recommendations and measurable outcomes
- Adobe Analytics Certification and/or CJA Certification
- Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Real-Time CDP
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Python or R scripting experience
- Marketing analytics or paid media analytics experience
