[Remote] Demand Generation Manager, B2B Marketing

They are seeking a Demand Generation Manager, B2B Marketing to build and scale their B2B pipeline generation engine, focusing on driving qualified pipeline growth through various marketing strategies and collaboration with sales leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel B2B demand generation strategies focused on qualified pipeline creation
- Develop and manage campaigns across Paid Search, LinkedIn Ads, ABM initiatives, webinars, email marketing, and sponsored events
- Partner closely with sales leadership to shape Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) targeted messaging, target account strategies, and lead feedback loops
- Help scale Horatio’s outbound and inbound pipeline infrastructure beyond founder-led sales channels
- Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Monitor and optimize core KPIs, including MQLs, SQL conversion, CAC, pipeline contribution, and cost per opportunity
- Leverage offline conversions and lifecycle-stage attribution to improve paid media ROI
- Run a continuous cadence of campaign testing, experimentation, and optimization
- Act as the internal HubSpot Guru—owning full-funnel lifecycle marketing systems, custom properties, workflows, and lead scoring frameworks
- Create highly segmented nurture strategies by industry vertical, buyer stage, and intent signals
- Enhance email marketing effectiveness, conversion paths, and webinar/event follow-up workflows within HubSpot
- Pioneer and scale AI-enabled marketing workflows (e.g., using AI for data analysis, content localization, audience segmentation, and campaign scaling) to amplify execution bandwidth
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to prioritize initiatives and expand growth experiments
- Collaborate with internal SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and developers to translate strategy into actionable campaign creative briefs
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, or revenue marketing
- Advanced, hands-on experience building out HubSpot marketing automation architecture, deep automation workflows, list segmentation, and CRM data cleanliness
- Deeply curious about and proficient in leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for copywriting/strategy, specialized AI tools for data analysis, lead enrichment, or campaign optimization) to build high-efficiency marketing systems
- Proven track record managing and optimizing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Paid Search campaigns tied directly to revenue outcomes
- Strong understanding of lead scoring, offline conversions, attribution modeling, and revenue-weighted optimization
- You are a highly autonomous, self-directed operator who thrives in lean, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- You enjoy a mix of strategy and execution, and you're comfortable building marketing systems from scratch
- You possess a strong experimentation mindset and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with sales leadership and craft compelling B2B copy for diverse buyer personas
- HubSpot Certifications (Inbound Marketing, Marketing Software, Reporting, etc.)
- Background in SaaS, customer outsourcing/BPO, or high-growth B2B professional services
