[Remote] Demand Generation & Content Specialist

They are seeking a Demand Generation & Content Specialist to drive demand generation from lead to post-sale, focusing on content strategy, email automation, and campaign management.
Responsibilities
- Write and publish articles, press releases, thought leadership pieces, eBooks, white papers, and case studies aligned to ICP pain points and B2B SaaS buying stages
- Develop and execute email drip campaigns from strategy and copy through build, deployment, and performance analysis
- Produce sales collateral (1-pagers, decks, nurture sequences) that clearly communicate fullthrottle.ai's value
- Conduct interviews with internal SMEs and external thought leaders for content and webinars
- Write and submit award nominations and press-worthy content to build brand recognition
- Scope and wireframe landing pages, email templates, and ad creative concepts in Figma (not just hand off a brief, but actively shape the visual direction)
- Build and launch landing pages directly in WordPress using page builders and form integrations
- Maintain visual consistency across campaign assets: ads, emails, landing pages, and social creative
- Manage paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic channels — hands-on, not oversight
- Monitor budget pacing, bid strategy, and creative performance; make optimization decisions independently
- Run A/B tests on copy, creative, and audience targeting; document findings and iterate fast
- Track and report on CPL, pipeline contribution, ROAS, and performance KPIs tied to revenue outcomes
- Drive SEO and backlink strategy to support organic lead generation alongside paid efforts
- Operate Salesforce at a power-user level: campaign objects, lead routing, reports, dashboards, and data hygiene
- Build and manage automation workflows in ActiveCampaign: architect lead scoring, segmentation logic, and funnel stage progression
- Analyze performance across all channels; bring proactive optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with Sales to align pipeline stages, case studies, collateral, and lead quality feedback loops
- Track and manage inbound leads through the full sales pipeline with clean, consistent documentation and reporting
- Build, update, and optimize landing pages and website content directly in WordPress
- Implement on-page SEO best practices across all web content
- Coordinate with web development teams or external resources when backend support is needed, with enough technical fluency to scope work clearly
Skills
- 3-6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or content marketing role within B2B SaaS / AdTech / MarTech
- Demonstrated ability to generate qualified pipeline through content, email, and paid channels
- Hands-on Salesforce and CRM campaign management, reporting, lead routing, and data hygiene
- Proven email marketing execution of strategy, copywriting, build, deployment, and performance analysis
- Strong writing across formats: long-form articles, short-form ad copy, website copy, email sequences, and sales collateral
- Technical writing skills, particularly in SaaS/B2B
- Wordpress hands-on capability for landing page builds and content updates
- Ability to analyze campaign data, diagnose underperformance, and act on findings
- Experience with ActiveCampaign CRM system for automation and lead nurturing
- Background in press relations, media outreach, and awards submissions
- Familiarity with content planning and project management
- Understanding of programmatic advertising concepts: DSPs, audience targeting, identity resolution, attribution measurement
- Comfortable with tools like Adobe Workfront, Asana, Bitly, Monday, Figma
- AI fluency: you know how and when to use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, MidJourney to move faster, and when not to
- Self-directed: you define next steps, manage priorities, and deliver without hand-holding
- Creative range: you can write up to 1,500-word articles and sketch a landing page layout in the same workday
