This is not an entry-level role- we are looking for experienced, self-motivated closers who can convert qualified prospects into satisfied clients. This is a monthly, base salary plus uncapped commission, contractor role ideal for self-starters who thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect qualified inbound/outbound leads and develop new client relationships
- Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline
- Provide market feedback to leadership
- Min 100 calls per day
- Ability to manage lead management
Compensation
Structure
- Monthly Base Pay Salary ($2500)
- Uncapped Commission Structure
- Industry leading commission rates
- Performance bonuses (if applicable)
- Top 60% of sales team earns $100,000+ per year
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (debt settlement, financial services, or mortgage, etc.)
- Strong prospecting and closing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Important Classification Notice This is an independent contractor (1099) position. The selected candidate will not be considered an employee of the company and will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses unless otherwise specified in the contractor agreement. Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits:
