[Remote] Data Visualization / Training / User Support Analyst

They are seeking a Data Visualization / Training / User Support Analyst to develop visualizations, training content, and provide technical assistance for users.
Responsibilities
- Design dashboards, charts, graphs, reports, and other data visualization products that clearly communicate findings, trends, and insights
- Develop accessible, plain-language user guides, instructional resources, training materials, and support content for ACL staff and grantees
- Deliver or support training on portal access, navigation, data entry, validation, and submission processes
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, user support, and issue resolution for reporting cycles and portal operations
- Ensure visualizations, training materials, and user-facing content comply with HHS security, privacy, Section 508, accessibility, and plain-language requirements
Skills
- Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, reports, charts, graphs, and decision-support products for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience creating or delivering user training, onboarding materials, instructional resources, user guides, or technical assistance content
- Ability to communicate quantitative and qualitative findings in plain language and accessible formats
- Experience supporting users during data collection, reporting, portal adoption, data entry, validation, and submission activities
- Familiarity with Section 508/accessibility requirements for dashboards, documents, training materials, and user-facing digital content
