[Remote] Data Scientist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Agility Partners is seeking a Data Scientist to join our clients growing AI organization. This role will support high-impact initiatives focused on personalization, customer insights, experimentation, forecasting, and AI-driven decision making across digital products and enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and optimize machine learning models
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Develop datasets, analytics frameworks, and feature pipelines
- Work with large-scale behavioral and transactional data
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
- Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements
- Translate complex findings into actionable business insights
- Define and track success metrics across digital products and experiences
Skills
- 3-7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics
- Strong Python experience (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience building and deploying machine learning models
- Strong statistical foundation and experimentation experience
- Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, or similar frameworks
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Experience working in Agile, fast-paced environments
- Recommendation systems, personalization, or customer segmentation
- LLMs, RAG, or AI-powered applications
- Clickstream or digital product analytics
- Databricks, real-time systems, or cloud data platforms
- Power BI or similar analytics tools
