- Build, improve, and maintain technical workflows, systems, or supporting infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on implementation, testing, and rollout needs
- Support reliability, performance, and documentation across internal tools and platforms
- Identify issues, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions
- Contribute to scalable processes and clear technical documentation
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience for this role area
- Strong practical experience with Data Platforms, SQL, Python, Cloud Computing, Snowflake
- Ability to work remotely with ownership, clear communication, and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience supporting finance, SaaS, e-commerce, AI, analytics, cloud, or documentation-heavy environments
- Experience working with distributed teams and asynchronous workflows
- Ability to translate business needs into practical execution plans
