[Remote] Data Center Talent Operations and Workforce Coordination

The Talent Operations and Workforce Coordination role is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency and workforce visibility across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure data center construction programs, supporting hiring managers and cross-functional teams through effective workforce planning and governance.
Responsibilities
- Partner with OCI Construction, Delivery, and Operations leadership to drive organizational planning, workforce execution, and operational performance across global data center construction programs
- Lead workforce governance activities including headcount forecasting, PIN management, hiring prioritization, organizational changes, and staffing reviews in partnership with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition
- Establish and manage standardized operational processes, reporting cadences, dashboards, and metrics to provide executive visibility into hiring progress, workforce capacity, staffing trends, operational risks, and execution performance
- Coordinate cross-functional workforce and operational initiatives with OCI Business Operations to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, organizational readiness, and long-term growth objectives
- Identify workforce risks, resource constraints, process inefficiencies, and execution gaps, proactively driving continuous improvement and scalable operational solutions
- Support executive leadership operations including workforce logistics, contractor coordination, relocation tracking, planning activities, and special strategic initiatives including annual goal setting and annual review cycles
- Maintain workforce data integrity and reporting accuracy across internal systems, planning tools, and operational tracking mechanisms
Skills
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in workforce coordination or related field
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Experience in organizational planning and operational performance
- Knowledge of workforce governance activities including headcount forecasting and staffing reviews
- Experience in establishing and managing operational processes and reporting metrics
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities
- Skills in identifying workforce risks and driving continuous improvement
- Experience in supporting executive leadership operations and logistics
- Ability to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy across internal systems

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
